Life comes with many challenges and complexities that can be difficult to navigate. As we have seen over the past few years, life throws us many curveballs, and sometimes we need extra support. My goal as a counselor is to create a safe, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable yet empowered. My approach to therapy is holistic and trauma-informed to meet you where you are and understand what factors/influences may be present or important to you. Additionally, we will incorporate appropriate evidence-based practices (i.e. CBT, solution-focused, etc.) that would be most helpful to you and your goals for therapy.
