Statement to Client
I provide a grounded, high-empathy space specifically for men, the LGBTQ+ community, and those navigating the unique weight of minority stress. I believe therapy should be a place where you can finally stop explaining and start exhaling. By combining the practical, values-based tools of DBT with Somatic Awareness, we move beyond 'just talking' to address how stress and trauma are physically stored in your nervous system. Whether you are navigating the 'weathering' of systemic stress or seeking a deeper sense of connection and identity, my goal is to help you regulate your body and reclaim a life that feels authentic and powerful.
