I am passionate about supporting adults and teens with anxiety, depression, difficult transitions, life adjustments, multicultural issues, peripartum concerns, self-esteem issues, as well as stress and trauma recovery. I create a nonjudgmental and empathetic space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.
My role as your therapist is to support you during your personal exploration, discovery, and growth and assist you with making positive life changes. You will learn skills to help you identify solutions and cope with your life situations. My approach is holistic. I am also interested in how your past experiences may influence your present and how your thoughts impact your life.
