Statement to Client
I believe that every person's story is important. Our experiences, relationships, and challenges often shape who we are, our perspectives, and how we connect with others. Taking the time to explore your story can be a powerful step toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. My passion for counseling comes from my personal experiences with mental health struggles and those of the people close to me. I have seen how meaningful it can be to have someone walk alongside you during difficult times. In my counseling work, I strive to offer that same safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to grow.

I am passionate about walking alongside individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. My therapeutic focus includes trauma-informed clinical work shaped by a individualized treatment plan striving to help your journey towards growth.

I am eager to meet you and get to know you! I offer a warm space where you can come as you are and talk with someone who truly cares. I care for your needs, desires, and most importantly your holistic wellness.
