Statement to Client
While I am drawn to current & former athletes, BIPOC communities, LGBTQ+ communities, students, and women identifying folks, I welcome and am open to all those who are seeking care. With clients, I want to explore the impact of early relationships childhood relationships and those dynamics on mental health. It is important to consider alongside clients how to destigmatize mental health care and consider early interventions for marginalized folks. Mental Health has no face or identity.

My journey into psychotherapy began with my own challenges to navigate mental health and wellness as a D1 Track & Field athlete. When every practice, meal, and second counted, it became easy to lose sight of the enjoyment that I got from the sport and my outside life. Going through the therapeutic process myself has taught me how to enjoy and trust the process while finding fulfillment in other areas of my life as well. This is what I hope to do for others in and out of sport. Whether people are trying to become a better athlete, navigate relationships, or find self-acceptance, I want to be able to walk the same path with them towards wholeness.
