Amazing First Step! It's not easy trying to find the right person to partner with you on this healing journey. Are feeling overwhelmed with relationships, college, work or other life transition issues? Do you feel stressed, anxious, or depressed? Have you been hurt in your spiritual relationships in church in the past? My desire is for you to unlock the strength & purpose in you and provide empathy, guidance, and support. I work with individuals without judgement and create a supportive environment to heal. My goal is to create a safe place for you walk in wholeness and restoration.
My style of therapy is warm, compassionate, and inviting. My approach is based on the identified needs of you-the client. I believe that every client is unique & the tools to support them should fit their specific needs. By working with diverse populations for over 20 years, I have found success with helping others find hope and answers inside of themselves.
