Healing and growth journeys can be complex. I am here to assist you in navigating your challenges and goals. I work with those who have experienced trauma and violence. My personal and professional experiences have enhanced my ability to work with those who have experienced harm. I specialize in working with issues related to violence, trauma, racial justice and oppression.
I consider myself a holistic healer and use an empowerment based approach. I utilize different techniques, methods and tools tailored to specific needs, preferences and goals. Everyone I work with receives an individualized approach.
You don't have to face your challenges alone. I am here to assist, please reach out and I am happy to connect. Due to transitions in office space I currently provide virtual services but expect to provide in-person services again by July for interested clients.
