Statement to Client
Depression and anxiety can feel like a heavy fog that won't lift. I am here to walk with you through the fog, helping you to find clarity and relief from emotional pain. I offer a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that respects your emotional journey, helps you to feel more authentically yourself, and releases you from the fog of depression and anxiety.

I specialize in assisting adults and children who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life changes, and family problems. My therapy style is heavily influenced by attachment-based and emotionally focused therapy. I provide a secure and confidential setting where you can feel comfortable building trust and forming healthy connections with yourself and others. Through my training with the Child Abuse Training Services in Michigan, I am equipped to assist children in disclosing and processing trauma resulting from abuse.

Together, we will work to develop a more compassionate inner dialogue and healthier coping mechanisms that will help you live authentically. I admire your strength in taking these first steps toward healing. I look forward to hearing from you.
