Statement to Client
Hi, I’m Jazminne Silva, LLMSW, a therapist passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered. My approach is holistic and personalized. I blend evidence-based therapies like TF-CBT and Person-Centered Therapy with mindfulness and somatic techniques to support the connection between mind and body. I’ve worked with individuals of all ages in outpatient, inpatient, and in-home settings, including work with those on the autism spectrum and survivors of domestic violence, particularly within the Hispanic/Latinx community. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, or life transitions, I'm here to walk alongside you and tailor your therapy experience to meet your unique needs and goals, even in a virtual space that feels engaging and interactive.
