Reaching out for help to deal with the struggles of life can be scary. I applaud you for taking the first step by looking for a therapist who can work best with you.
I am a licensed professional counselor who received a Master"s degree from Western Michigan University in the area of Marriage, Couple and Family therapy. I currently provide mental health therapy in the outpatient setting and strive to give clients a safe space to heal and grow. I am passionate about helping others be the best they can be.
I have experience working with various concerns such as relationship issues, conflict resolution, grief, adjustment, school issues, stress and anxiety, family issues, singleness, and racial issues. I utilize techniques from a variety of theories and love to learn new ways to better assist my clients.
