Statement to Client
I am a LLMSW, that focuses on partnering with young women on achieving the best version of themselves. I specialize and have a love for serving young adults. I help young adults learn coping strategies to manage anxiety, depression, and anger. I bring over 10 years of experience, serving children and families within the community, in various capacities. I believe that creating a safe space to nurture self-love, provides the opportunity for young adults to successfully achieve their goals. I am intentional about cultivating a space that my clients can present their authentic selves as they address real-life struggles. I believe that strong family bonds are important, and through my experience, I have learned that this is a determining factor of success in therapy.
