I’m Gio, a licensed clinical social worker.
I work with adults, teens families and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions.
I provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can explore patterns, process experiences, and develop practical strategies to feel more confident and resilient.
My path to this work began with my own experience with a mental health clinician during my youth. That support gave me comfort and helped me develop healthy coping skills—something I wanted to offer to others. I am particularly drawn to supporting individuals who have experienced lifelong trauma and its effects. Having lived through challenges myself, I find it deeply rewarding to walk alongside others as they navigate their own healing journeys.
