Statement to Client
I believe that healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and accepted, and that the therapeutic relationship provides a sacred space to explore, heal, and grow. My work as a therapist is rooted in the belief that each of us has a unique story and strength to be uncovered and nurtured. I approach therapy with curiosity, patience, and a commitment to understanding you and your experiences.

My therapeutic approach blends counseling with Art Therapy. Art Therapy offers a unique pathway for self-expression, helping you to explore difficult feelings and experiences with compassion and curiosity. This creative process is not about creating "good" art, but about finding healing through expression and offering you a space to explore, reflect, and find clarity beyond what words can express.

I specialize in supporting individuals from BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities who are navigating grief, anxiety, and identity-related concerns. I understand how valuable it is to work with a therapist who resonates with your lived experiences, especially when dealing with challenges related to race, culture, gender, sexuality, and disability. My goal is to create a space where you can feel understood, accepted, and safe to explore all parts of yourself with compassion.

In our work together, you'll find a compassionate space where you can reconnect with your creativity, embrace change, and build resilience though life's challenges.

I offer a free 20 minute consultation to discuss your goals and explore how we might work together to meet your needs. If you're curious about how I can support you on your journey, I'd love to connect with you!
