Buscar terapia puede ser el primer paso en un camino partiendo desde sobrevivir hacia la sanación y vivir. Soy terapeuta clínico bilingüe (español e inglés) y bicultural, nacido y criado en Puerto Rico. Aquí estoy para ayudar a crear un espacio donde los cambios en su vida sean transformadores y satisfactorios. Ya seas de la tercera edad (adulto mayor), cuidador de adultos o un adulto que busca terapia, colaboraré contigo para escucharte, apoyarte y ayudarte a crecer. Todos tenemos momentos difíciles a lo largo de la vida para gestionar situaciones o traumas para nosotros mismos o respecto a quienes nos rodean. Todos necesitamos un espacio sin juicios para identificar fortalezas y recursos para superarlos.
Seeking therapy can be the first step in a journey from surviving toward healing and living. I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) and bicultural clinical therapist born and raised in Puerto Rico. I am here to help create a space where you can set in motion changes in your life that are are transformative and fulfilling. Whether you are an older adult, adult caregiver, or adult seeking therapy, I will partner with you to listen, support, and help you grow. We all have difficult times throughout life managing situations or trauma for ourselves or regarding those around us. We all need a non-judgemental space to identify strengths and resources to overcome them.
