Statement to Client
As a dedicated advocate for healing and growth, I understand the complexities of navigating life while addressing childhood trauma, fostering effective communication, discovering passions, nurturing healthy relationships, and care for our physical bodies!

I strive to create a safe haven where individuals can delve into self-understanding, acquire new coping mechanisms, and balance various facets of their lives. With a focus on supporting personal evolution and navigating life's hurdles, I offer a blend of support, education, and guidance.

I am especially passionate about the unique challenges faced by POC, QTPOC, Women, and young adults; I acknowledge the intersectionality of these identities and provide a nurturing environment for dialogue and growth.

Proudly hailing from Detroit (there is nothing quite like a D Girl), I hold a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. When not in session, I enjoy time with 'framily,' indulge in travel, try to get into my crafty-girl bag, and revel in the joys of being a dog parent to the most adorable Yorkipoo, Prosper.
