Statement to Client
I am a Limited Licensed Counselor who is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She is committed to supporting clients as they navigate struggles with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, social/communication skills, and trauma. I seek to work alongside clients as they grapple with the intersections of their racial, gender, and spiritual identities. I cultivate a warm and safe environment for clients to express themselves authentically and without judgment. I support clients who feel misunderstood, undervalued, and have difficulty deciphering their own voice from the voice of others. She caters counseling specific to each individual and group; implementing Play Therapy, Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems techniques. I am dedicated to the holistic wellbeing of clients by incorporating mindfulness and acceptance based approaches.
