I have a passion for working within the black and brown communities. I work with individuals living with depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues and dealing with childhood trauma. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) techniques to promote self-love and client growth.
