Statement to Client
My intake process is collaborative and client-centered, ensuring you have a voice in the process as we explore your concerns and goals. I view progress as identifying your values, developing meaningful insights, creating actionable steps, and fostering stronger relationships. I do great work with couples seeking reconnection or what's next for them, individuals tackling relationship issues, anxiety/stress, or burnout, and families wanting to improve communication, conflict resolution, and their bond. Together we'll create a space where changing the way we view and discuss problems can lead to meaningful change.
