Welcome! I am honored that you’ve selected me to work with you as your therapist. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD and executive functioning skills, behavioral and developmental impairments, emotion management, and trauma informed care. I am committed to culture and diversity affirming practices to provide inclusive support for all. My approach is to utilize evidenced-based, therapeutic models to help you explore your own thoughts, emotions and behaviors in order to help facilitate positive changes in your lives. My goal is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space to explore challenges, develop coping mechanisms, and promote personal growth, self-awareness, and a greater sense of well-being.
