Statement to Client
With my own life experiences I have learned that having support can be the difference between a dark path and a bright one. I have learned that to the core people really just need support and guidance when they reach difficult times in their lives. Life is not meant to be a solo journey, it is meant to be full of connections that help elevate you to become the best possible version of yourself. I can help you along your journey as you face things such as depression, anxiety, pregnancy, postpartum depression, parenting, grief, and trauma as well as other life experiences that can hinder you along the way.
I have experience working with an array of populations from children with developmental disabilities to elderly adults. I have learned and utilized skills such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma informed therapy to help others work through hard life events and reach their highest potential.
Life is full of many obstacles that can cause us to question our worth, purpose and potential. I would love to help you navigate these obstacles and work with you to reach your highest potential in life.
