Let me be the first to say to you, Amazing First Step! I know it"s not easy trying to find the right person to partner with you on this healing journey. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to be able to share freely, without judgement, being able to show up fully as you are.
My style of therapy is warm, compassionate, and inviting. My approach is based on the identified needs of the client. I believe that every client is unique and the tools to support them should fit their specific needs. By working with diverse populations for over 20 years, I have found success with helping others find hope and answers inside of themselves.
