Hi all, my name is Ben and it’s good to meet you. More than any particular technique, I ground my practice in humanistic perspectives, putting an emphasis on prioritizing one’s own needs and treating all with unconditional positive regard. Additionally, I see the client as the expert of their lives, I’m just a companion to assist and support along the way.
