I specialize in assisting adults and children who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life changes, and family problems. My therapy style is heavily influenced by attachment-based and emotionally focused therapy. I provide a secure and confidential setting that promotes building trust and forming healthy connections.
