Statement to Client
As a therapist, my approach is to support both adults and
teens as they navigate the complexities of anxiety,
depression, trauma, and various mental health concerns.
My experience working with teens and families
experiencing housing instability has honed my empathetic
approach, allowing me to assist individuals in reclaiming
their self-worth and overcoming life's challenges.
I am deeply committed to providing unwavering support
to the LGBTQIA+ community, creating a safe and
transformative space through both group work and
individual therapy. My practice is rooted in the
understanding of the profound mind-body connection
and its significant role in fostering embodied healing.
Recognizing the diverse needs of my clients, I offer
flexible evening availability, along with virtual
appointments making it easier for those ready to embark
on a journey towards transformative growth to find the
support they need. Together, we can work towards
meaningful change.
