DESCRIPTION:In honor of Men’s Mental Health Month and Father’s Day\, the OMHC Men’s Committee invites men from across the community to come together for an evening of connection\, relaxation\, and fun at Bro’s in the Park.\nThis event was created to provide an intentional space where men can show up as they are\, build community\, spend quality time with their kids\, and enjoy a low-pressure environment centered around wellness\, conversation\, and genuine connection. Whether you come with friends\, family\, your children\, or on your own\, this is a welcoming space for all men in the community. We’re bringing everyone together for good food\, outdoor games\, laughter\, and friendly competition in a laid-back atmosphere designed to help men recharge and connect. \nCome eat\, play\, connect\, and celebrate community with us this Father’s Day season. \n\nEvent Details\n\nFriday\, June 12\, 2026 | 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM\n\nCost: FREE \n\n\nRegistration: Waiver required at sign-up \n\nLocation: In person meet (location will be sent to you after confirming registration).\n\n\nWhat to Expect\n\nKickball\, Cornhole\, Grilling and food provided\nRelaxed community atmosphere\nTime to connect with other men and families\nFun and active outdoor activities for all ages\n\n\nAdditional Information\nThe event is open to the public and community partners. Men and their children are welcome to attend. There is no cost to participate\, although optional donations are appreciated. Please wear activewear and comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities. Food will be provided for attendees. If you are attending with additional guests\, please reserve a ticket for each person in your group so we can plan accordingly and ensure there is enough food for everyone. \n\nThis event is a dedicated\, affirming space designed exclusively for Black\, Indigenous\, and communities of color (BIPOC). Our mission is to provide culturally responsive and affirming mental health and wellness care resources and support to Black\, Asian\, African\, Indigenous\, Latine\, and other communities of color and providers. To maintain the integrity of this centered space\, all participants—including mental health care providers and wellness providers—must affirm that they identify as a member of one or more of these communities of color. This shared identity is essential to fostering the culturally specific environment necessary for this event’s purpose. You will be asked to affirm this identity as a required step during the registration process.

Cafecito y Comunidad is a welcoming gathering created for Latine mental health and wellness professionals to connect beyond the clinical setting. This is a space to slow down\, share experiences\, and build meaningful relationships with others who are doing the work of healing in our communities.\nThrough the simple\, restorative act of sharing a cafecito\, we aim to foster authentic connections\, encourage collaboration\, and strengthen the local network of Latine providers. Whether you’re looking to meet new colleagues\, exchange resources\, or simply enjoy good conversation in a culturally grounded space\, you’re invited to join us. \n\nEvent Details\n\nSaturday\, June 13 | 10:00 am – 12:00 pm\n\nCost: FREE \n\n\nRegistration: Waiver required at sign-up \n\nLocation: In person meet (location will be sent to you after confirming registration).\n\n\nAdditional Information\nLight snacks will be provided by OMHC.
